What is Meet & Greet Service ?
This is standard airport greeting service without any extras. Our staff will greet our guests at luggage carousel, assist with baggage, and coordinate a seamless curbside pick-up with chauffeur. A standard airport greeter can be used in teams to coordinate curbside pick-ups for meeting/event groups or single guest.
What is your cancellation policy ?
Reservations cancelled within 12 hours are subject to a service fee.
Where will you meet me whem I arrive at Ataturk Airport ?
For arriving flights, one of the Istanbul Meet & Greet Service ® staff will meet you at the luggage carousel. They will be holding a sign banner with your name on it so you can easily identify them.
For departing flights, we will meet you in front of the terminal. We will give you an exact drop-off location based on your departing airline.
